How To Make Kashmiri Tea (Chai) Powder At Home
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon (Dar cheni, دار چینی) 2 pieces
- Cloves (Long, لونگ) 8 pcs
- Green Cardamom (Sabaz ilaichi, سبز الائچی) 15 pcs
- Whole Anise Seeds flowers (Badian, بادیان کے پھول) 5 pcs
- Kashmiri tea leaves(کشمیری چائے کی پتی) Half a cup
- Sugar (sugar, چینی). 1 cup
- Dry milk (خشک دودھ) 1 cup
- Salt (نمک) 1 teaspoon
- Rose color (گلابی رنگ) 1 tsp
- Almonds (Badam, بادام) 4 pcs-5
- Pistachios (Pista, پشتہ ) 4-5 pcs
- Dairy Cream 1 tsp (Optional)

Dry roast Whole Anise Seeds flowers (Badian), cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, Kashmiri tea leaves in a dry pan.
Then let cool thoroughly.
And made a powder.
Sieve the powder and add dry milk, sugar, salt, color to it and mix well.
Note:
Easy way to mix. Sieve all the ingredients 2 to 3 times.
How to make tea:
Add 1 tablespoon of powder to 1 cup of warm milk and dairy cream, mix well and serve garnished with pistachios and almonds than served in a traditional and beautiful cup.
Enjoy the warm, nutty taste with every sip!
